Can’t Find Guitarocracy in Native Access?

If you purchased Guitarocracy and can’t find Guitarocracy in Native Access yet, you just need to add the serial from your order email. Once it’s added, the instrument appears in your library and you can install it.

Before You Start

• Make sure Native Access is installed and you’re signed in with your Native Instruments account.
• Have the serial number from your Guitarocracy purchase email ready (check your inbox and spam folder).

A Reason You Can’t Find Guitarocracy in Native Access.

1. Open Native Access and add your serial
   Launch Native Access. In the bottom-left area, click the + Add Serial button.

2. Enter the serial from your email
   In the Add Serial dialog, paste or type the license key you received after your order, then confirm. Native Access will register Guitarocracy to your account.

3. Install Guitarocracy
   Switch to the library view (then the Available tab). Guitarocracy should now appear. Click the Install button under it. Native Access will download and install the library (about 2 GB).

When the install finishes, open the free Kontakt Player (or full Kontakt) and load Guitarocracy from the Libraries tab. You’re ready to play.

If the serial isn’t accepted or the product still doesn’t appear after a refresh, double-check that you copied the full key from the order email and that you’re logged into the same Native Instruments account. Restarting Native Access often clears temporary glitches.
